Good sleep is so important to our overall health!
Not getting enough sleep has been shown to increase our risk for heart disease, diabetes, stroke, some cancers, and injury due to accidents. Also, when you’re overly tired, you’re less likely to workout and more likely to crave unhealthy foods!
AIM for at least 7 to 8 hours every night to:
*have more energy
*think more clearly and improve your memory
*build your immune system
*support weight management
*reduce stress
*decrease inflammation
Plus, you’ll probably just feel better!
